1. Who We Are

Strauss Cleaners INC sends transactional SMS messages from a toll-free number to customers about service appointments, receipts, invoices, and technician arrival times. These messages are operational in nature and are not marketing communications.

2. Your Consent

By ticking the SMS consent checkbox on our booking form, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from Strauss Cleaners about your service. Message frequency varies — typically 1–5 messages per service appointment. The checkbox is unchecked by default and consent is never bundled with any other agreement. You are not required to consent as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services, and you may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

3. Types of Messages We Send

We send the following categories of transactional SMS messages:

  • Receipt confirmation — sent when a payment is received for your service.
  • Invoice notification — sent when an invoice is issued, including a secure payment link.
  • Technician ETA — sent when a technician is on the way to your job site.
  • Appointment reminders — sent the day before a scheduled appointment.
  • Customer service follow-up — sent if our team needs to follow up on your service request.

We do not send promotional, marketing, or advertising messages via SMS.

4. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. Your opt-out request will be honored within 24 hours and no later than 10 business days.

Message and data rates may apply. Carrier rates vary. Strauss Cleaners does not charge you for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Phone numbers are used only to send transactional SMS messages related to your service with Strauss Cleaners. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is stored securely and associated only with your service records. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued provision of your phone number after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
